Communication was great

We had a very large ash tree that was in a tricky spot near our deck and overhanging part of the neighbor’s roof. Hector and the crew at Genesis Tree Service did a fantastic job taking it down with their expert climbers, lowering the branches safely and without damaging anything below. It was a big job, but they worked tirelessly all day and got it done. We also appreciated that they were able to do it without bringing heavy equipment into the yard. They cleaned everything up and hauled it away, leaving just a stump flush to the ground, which they’ll be back to grind in the spring. Communication was great, they were quick to respond and on time with both the quote and the work. We were very impressed with Genesis Tree Service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
